Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be
- Unworn and in original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return
Simply contact our team at hello@aurelline.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps. We aim to make the process as easy as the rest of your Aurelline experience.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? Let us know in your return request, and we'll help arrange an exchange once your original item is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out quickly — no hassle, no hoops to jump through.
